The Infrastructure group advises across the broad spectrum of sponsors, commercial banks, infrastructure funds, corporations, developers and investors, and lenders including government entities on the world's leading infrastructure sectors. These sectors include ports, rail, roads and other large scale infrastructure development from telecommunication towers and satellites to social infrastructure.
We are looking for an infrastructure associate to join our infrastructure team in Jakarta.
Role Requirements
- Indonesian qualified lawyer (PERADI) with bachelor degree from notable university in Indonesia;
- Minimum of 8 years experience in managing infrastructure deals with international exposure;
- Familiarity over deals surrounding Public-Private Partnership (PPP), government tender, State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI);
- Must have a strong infrastructure technical legal skills and knowledge;
- Open minded, confident and self-effacing individuals;
- Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions;
- Excellent team player - ability to work cross culture and build a strong positive rapport with colleagues and clients;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia in both writing and speaking.
