- Managing and carry out analysis of current financial reports and forecasts for efficiency, quality data and future business growth including budgets, income statements, balance sheets; tax returns and reports for Government regulatory agencies; financial management reports to ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements, responsibilities and obligations.
- Analyzing data to identify trends or patterns to help make business decisions
- Analyzing accounting data to identify any unusual activity that might indicate fraudulent activity has taken place
- Reviewing financial statements to ensure accounting principles were applied correctly
- Verifying and processing payment (including employee expenses) to align with the budget and supporting document with high accurately and timely
- Preparing reports for senior management about the financial status of the business in order to make strategic decisions about future operations
- Preparing financial statements (such as income statements and balance sheets) by identifying entries from journals and ledgers that need to be recorded in the accounting system
- Preparing budgets based on projected revenues and expenses for a department or company
- Preparing documentations for VAT and WH taxes (e.g PPh Pasal 15, 23, 4(2))
- Monitoring account receivable and overdue from external party or business partner
- Developing and monitoring SOP’s specifically related finance, and expenses
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related fields preferred.
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) title is preferred
- A Certified of Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) or Bravet is prefererred
- Minimum 3 years experience in corporate accounting/financial function or in public accountant office
- Familiar with SAP and Concur (similar employee expenses application) will be an added advantage
- Experience in solving the business problems by analytical method (modelling, visualization, graph analysis)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI reporting platform)
- Critical math skills and a proven ability to difficult calculations
- Strong analytical skills, capable of using data analytics to drive business insights and execution
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially in Powerpoint and Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment while working under pressure and tight deadlines
