- Export pre-advise/import pre-advise/pre-alert handling
- Carrier booking and BL instruction
- Make plan to build consolidation (merge transit), organize the consolidation
- Responsible for documentation including send pre-alert (customer and network)
- Assists the day-to-day operations for export and import to ensure that customer requirements are met
- Manage pick-up and delivery when required
- Responsible for creating Dangerous Goods application
- Daily communication with suppliers plants for pick-up, delivery and deviation management
- Invoicing and billing
- Five (5) years experiences in freight forwarding industry in export and import operation
- Cargo consolidator and efficient shipment/load building
- Strong knowledge in export and import activities and process
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods cargo
- Experienced in a co-loader/LCL consolidation company is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers
