You are responsible for
- Ensure sufficient inflow of potentially suitable candidates using the agreed sourcing channels (i.e. passive, internal, referral, etc.)
- Identify suitable candidate(s) matching both the agreed business needs and the candidate's ambitions and expectations.
- Providing and managing the full spectrum of talent acquisition services for all partners and responsible for driving best practices within the recruiting space for a specific geographic area, business, and/or function.
- Provides interview scheduling, along with other associated administrative functions within the TA organization.
- Acts as team lead for remote coordinator teams.
- Pro-actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition organization and its services
Responsible for recruiting world-class professionals to contribute to accelerating the growth and profitability of Philips. Working on delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization, achieved through the development of national and international recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Training in behavioral interviewing assessment (STAR methodology)
- A bachelor’s degree with
3 years of related experience as a sourcing specialist or as a recruiter * Experience in leading a team is an advancement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office usage
- Able to speak and communicate in English
- Process mapping and analytical skills
- Placement in Batam
