PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Japanese company and they're looking for Accounting Assistant Manager position

Requirement:
  • Have 3-5 years experience in Big 4 or Accounting Consulting Firm
  • Extensive knowledge in Indonesian Tax Regulations
  • Extensive knowledge in Accounting / General Accounting and related field
  • Have experience as Accounting at Manufacture Company (Preferable)
Key responsibility areas:
  • Responsible for maintaining the general ledger system and preparing monthly financial statements
  • Preparing & Monitoring Project Cash Flow
  • Manage the daily activities of the financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) and ensuring that all major company, month-end, and year-end report are completed accurately and on time
  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
  • Preparing tax related document to be submitted to Tax Consultant for month & yearly tax filing purpose
  • Supervise by providing leadership, direction and management of the accounting team and report to Finance Manager
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory accounting (SAK/GAAP); external & internal audit and tax compliance
