What you will do:
- Oversee all supervisor and staff on daily transactions and take full responsibilities on closing process
- Ensure the balance sheet account reconcile with detailed listing
- Ensure accounting record has complied with IFRS and Group accounting standard
- Produce monthly financial report accurately and reconcile with our internal system
- Liaise with FP&A for monthly variance analysis
- Manage external auditor and statutory reporting requirements
- Ensure overall regulatory compliance, accuracy and timely submission
- Ensure overall tax compliance, accuracy and timely submission
- Support group consolidation process and group audit requirement.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 4 years of Big 4 audit firm experience in financial industry
- 6+ years experiences of overall accounting experience, start-up experience is a plus
- CPA or Tax Brevet holder is preferred
- Strong technical skill of accounting principle and procedures and consolidation
- Deep understanding on local GAAP and IFRS
- General knowledge on OJK regulation related with P2P and Multi finance industry
- Excellent Ms. Office, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Experience in leadership and managing team
- Have above par communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to drive and implement insights in a challenging environment
- A collaborator, able to partner with other teams outside finance
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
