- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key publishers in the market
- Daily monitoring and maintaining a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients
- Optimization to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation
- Constantly being in contact with the publisher to support and respond to the needs from the client's side
- Negotiations regarding new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications preferred but not required)
- Experience in digital advertising/ sales/ marketing/ as a Sales Manager/ Media Buyer in Publisher’s team
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in Client Service roles
- Analytical skills; Strong communication skills, efficient interaction with different personality types
- Verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers
- Hands-on approach in negotiating with major prospects
- Deep understanding of the Indonesia digital market
- Connections with local publishers, media groups and warm contacts in Indonesia is a plus
- Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus
- Fluent Indonesian
- Minimum Upper-intermediate English
