Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.
Responsibilities :
1. Prepare GTS strategic presentation and achievements on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis for reporting to management
2. Prepare the annual GTS budget along with its review and amendments
3. Prepare and monitor reporting tools for GTS, Product Trade, Cash, OAT and SFS achievements
4. Reporting and Monitoring Individual Sales and CM performances
5. Acting as main contact person for GTS marketing and communication to internal and external stakeholders, i.e. customer gathering, marketing collateral, Brochure, write ups for awards, etc.
6. Act as UORM for GTS and other control function
7. Providing MIS report in timely manner and other report as requested
8. Build effective working relationship with others across teams
9. Implement process improvement in daily job
10. Any other assignments/project as assigned by the superior
Requirements :
1. Min. 4 years experience in strategic, operational or MIS
2. Excellent in Microsoft application including Power point,xl, Access, Macro, SQL and Java programing is an added point
3. Experience in Operation is a plus point
4. Have good oral and written communication skills
5. Possess certain project management skills
6. Shows enthusiasm in learning new things / products
