Job Description

As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for the following,
  • Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Moderate the local forums, social platforms and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement
  • Managing and executing Offline events, including, Community Meet ups, Talk shows, Seminars, and workshops.
  • Building connections with the key people in the FMCG space.
  • Ensure community acquisition and growth through reinforcing a positive image of the company.
  • Engaging with local partners, including, KOLs, PR Agencies, Marketing Agencies, and Educational bodies.

  • A minimum of 3+ years professional experience managing Community, Social Media, and/or PR.
  • Bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
  • Familiar with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Excellent people skills, natural networker.
  • Experience in managing Offline events and activation is a plus.
