- Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Moderate the local forums, social platforms and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement
- Managing and executing Offline events, including, Community Meet ups, Talk shows, Seminars, and workshops.
- Building connections with the key people in the FMCG space.
- Ensure community acquisition and growth through reinforcing a positive image of the company.
- Engaging with local partners, including, KOLs, PR Agencies, Marketing Agencies, and Educational bodies.
- A minimum of 3+ years professional experience managing Community, Social Media, and/or PR.
- Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
- Familiar with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Excellent people skills, natural networker.
- Experience in managing Offline events and activation is a plus.
