Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Information Technology or Information Systems
- Have a minimum of 7 years working experience in the same field
- Have at least 3 years work experience at managerial level and at least 1 year in fintech (such as: P2P lending, Payment Gateway, Market Aggregator, Emoney, E-Wallet, etc.)
- Must fluent in English.
- Have indepth knowledge of programming languages PHP, java, javascript, golang, html, css, typescript and Dart.
- Indepth knowledge of Laravel, React, Native, Flutter, Java, Kotlin frameworks.
- Having high expertise in technology and continuously adapting to innovations and developments in technology.
- Have a good ability to understand technical matters, company business, and the environment in general.
- Determine and design the platform / application technically.
- Manage MVP (minimum viable product) and DevOps.
- Understand and manage cybersecurity systems and infrastructure security.
- Innovate and design a growth roadmap
- Manage and identify opportunities and risks during technology development.
- Have project planning and management skills
- Have technical planning, stability, and technical security capabilities.
- Able to explain technical and product aspects to other nontechnical parties and ensure that the company's technicalities are in accordance with company goals.
- Understand and master IT technical recruitment procedures.
- Responsible for product and technology development as well as ensuring the company's operations during the transition can continue to run smoothly without any problems.
- Responsible for updating existing technology in the company so that it can always be updated and competitive.
- Acting as a mentor for all team members and directing the work process carried out by team members.
