Tanggung Jawab Utama

Strategi dan Perencanaan (Strategy & Planning)
  • Manage COBA's funding clients under respective Head Of, assisting Lending-RM in funding sales - related activities and also manage funding accounts on his/her own which are not tagged / covered to/by Lending-RM.
  • Acquiring, tapping and managing assigned group / customer (affiliates, sister coys, subsidiaries, parent companies of the lending clients), to achieve and improve determined growth and profitability
  • Provide mapping and analysis of the Customer's needs, propose and setting up Sales Funding Srategy for respective Customers.
  • Main person in charge in leading the internal coordination with TB (Producs), Branches, Operation, etc in fulfilling Client's needs and providing better service to Clients in order to increase product holdings, funding volume, profitabilty and Client's stickiness.
Kinerja Bisnis dan Manajemen (Business Performance and Management)
  • To ensure the achievement of the targeted revenue components (Average Funding Volume, NII, CASA, Product holding, Cross Selling, Bank's and COBA's liquidity ratio - if applicable, PBT, CIR).
  • To market Bank's products/services to existing and potential customers and moreover to cooperate/coordinate with other group/units within the Bank to deliver products / better services that suit customer's needs.
  • To maintain good relationship with customers as part of a portfolio management team and carry out portfolio management activities
  • To analyse Clients needs and behaviour and able to set up Business Strategy or Account Plan to repective Clients or Portfolio.
  • Increase Product Holding, stickiness and profitability through cross sell.
  • Ensure the growth of customers by closely relationship maintaining and regular monitoring
  • Manage low cost fund, by maintain CA to TD ratio
  • Propose and manage special rate & tariff & good profitability in order to capture new opportunities
  • Following up and managing project with customers and internal / external team
  • Manage & solve customer's queries and complains
  • Acquire fund for bank wide liquidity purposes
  • Manage a disciplined marketing/business process
  • Provide regular report and feedback for forecasting funding pipeline for ALCO's submission.
Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (People Management)
  • Manages relationships to develop networking within internal units (local & regional, includes among others L Lending-RM, Branches, Products (TB), Middle Office, BMU, Operation, Compliance)
  • To improve knowledge and skills through self-improvement activities i.e. training, learning session, etc.
  • Having capability in Portfolio and Client's behavior analysis by taking internal discussion or expanding the knowledge by sourcing information from external.
Kepatuhan (Regulatory Compliance)
  • Complies with policies, procedures, and internal & external regulation.
  • Assisting and responsible in the KYC & CDD process related to the account opening or daily activities by following up to the Clients on the gapping documents / information in line / as to comply with the internal SOP or external regulation.
  • Working within risk parameter that protect the bank, i.e. AML regulation & other Risk Management.
