- Support tactical and corporate event, activation and all offline activities to drive awareness, sales leads and customer engagement
- Support coordination to manage ceremonial events, CSR activities, media gathering and press conference
- 'Follow up and ensure the execution of events
- Maintain positive corporate image through ensures high quality and well represented outputs.
- Follow up leads generation from implemented events, including collaboration with partners.
- Develop and ensure the updates of events support materials (below the line material); flyer, posters, roll banners, booths, etc.
- Manage and ensure merchandising inventory is updated to support all events and activities.
- Progress tracking and analysis, provide recommendation and report achievement all activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams; designers, sales, product, risk, HC and GA support/finance.
- Coordination with external team; agency, production house and related vendors
- Bachelor's Degree from Communication, Economics, International Relation, Management
- Good public speaking
- Motivated by results and strives to exceed expectations
- Ability to think outside-the-box yet still able to work in structured way
- Excellent writing, editing and proofing skills
- Self-motivated, self-managed, ability to collaborate and work independently
- Enthusiastic work ethic with the ability to prioritise/deal with large workload fluctuations and work well under pressure
