Support and deliver NRM & e-NRM analysis and initiatives covering Pricing, Brand, Pack, Price and Channel, Mix, Promo Management and Trade Term.
Data extraction, data processing and analysis to support NRM recommendations using different sources, internal and external data: Financial, Kantar, Nielsen, others.
Interpreting data into comprehensive report with attractive and easy to understand data visualization
Creation of selling stories
Collaborating effectively with within CSP functions team and cross function: Marketing, Finance.
Deploy Global / Local Tools to the country, ensuring country needs are captured and tools successfully launched in the country
Reguler/Routine duties (daily, weekly, monthly etc.)
Database update and mapping tagging based on Nielsen and Kantar data for dashboard and analysis purposes
Track NRM initiatives to be update in NRM monthly meeting with CSP team
Ensure submission of initiatives for NRM funnels are on time and with high quality.
Creation of recommendation on pricing through SPI and Lever 1 analysis
Category mix updates and refresh
Promotion effectiveness update; improvement vs previous period, Red-Amber-Green improvement, etc.
Assist NRM updates for Business Unit.
ESSENTIAL:
3+ years relevant experiences.
Very strong skills on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus.
Familiar with the use of big data and manage database.
Quick learner with proven ability to grown and learn.
Fluent in spoken and written in English.
Analytical frame of mind and ability to analyze data from multiple sources and create a coherent conclusion.
Familiarity with Nielsen & Kantar data and market metrics is a plus.
