- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting from reputable university (public university or top 20 private university only).
- Fluent in English both in written and oral communication.
- Minimum 3 years as Finance Accounting Tax Assistant Manager level, preferably from automotive parts manufacturing.
- Minimum 7 years as Finance Accounting Tax function in Manufacturing company
- Able to use Accounting system.
- Good communication, good leadership, smart, and good work ethics.
- Preferably own certifications.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all finance, accounting and tax operations.
- Manage, plan and organize the finance, accounting and tax members.
- Capital and Cash Flow Management & Budgeting.
- Risk Management & Credit Management including credit limit.
- Make sure all of the finance, accounting and tax operations are all up to standard.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax officer and other necessary parties.
- Plan and strategize for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with and make report to HQ.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
