Analyst - Commercial Payments SEA
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join SEA Commercial Payments (CPS) Product Management team based in our Jakarta office. The CPS Specialist will be responsible for developing & supporting various initiatives for Large Market and Small Business programs to grow our market share across the SEA region.
Role:
- Work with the Strategic Partners including Banks and Fintechs and assist in expanding Mastercard Commercial Product and Solutions.
- Manage customer queries and support of core platforms like Virtual Cards and On-line Data management tools aimed at Large Corporate customers
- Liaise closely with Commercial Card Regional Product and Commercial Card Sales organizations, participate in customer discussions, understand challenges and pain points and provide adequate guidance to mitigate those challenges,
- Collaborate with Commercial Card sales team and develop market-specific or customer-specific documents to enhance knowledge and understanding of Mastercard B2B products
- Keep track of competitor activities and strategies, and latest trends in the Small Business and B2B payments space.
- Provide support in the development of new solutions. This covers research, ideation, project management, stakeholder management and communications.
- Participate in business planning and development of budgets and presentations.
- Handle vendor onboarding, supplier payments, and other administrative tasks to support the team’s activities.
- At least 24 months of work experience (internships excluded).
- A confident and resourceful self-starter, comfortable working with strong degree of autonomy to accomplish results, and able to navigate the organization’s various “ways” and practices
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills (internal and external)
- Excellent presentation and writing skills (proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel is a must)
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
