Key Duties And responsibilities
1. Contribute to the achievement of the service sales target
2. Manage sales leads/opportunities: update, response time, follow up (lead and quotation), forecasting
3. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities for accurate forecasting
4. CRM (Salesforce) utilization and discipline
5. Support Product Sales for service offering
6. Support marketing campaign
7. Service part management
8. Depot/In-house repair order management
9. Perform sales activities and planning (call, online meeting, etc)
10. Weekly and monthly reporting to Team Leader
What You Need to Succeed
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma (D3), Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1) in any major, a hint of electrical/technical background are more preferred
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Phone curtesy, patience, friendliness and persuasive trait.
- Experience in Telesurvey will be an advantage.
- Preferably, Staff specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent.
- Likes static and administrative jobs & talking to other people
- Experience as After-sales service will be a great advantage.
- Having experience working in General Industries will be an advantage
