Responsibilities
- Assist internal service process improvements, and service KPI creation.
- Ensure the maintenance of the existing internal and MIN defined service KPI.
- Help the service planner to coordinate and monitor with other involved departments (service, parts, reman, controlling) the defined action plans, and follow the implementation for service.
- Assist the service planner in internal service training on system
- Centralize and prepare the feedback analysis from service users.
- Assist the component lifetime analysis and maintain component templates in order to improve the component forecast (with parts department).
- Help the service and parts departments in the creation/maintenance of the standard actions.
- Assist the service planner to monitor the long term planning for MARC mine sites.
- Owner of downtime import process.
- Participate in the safety stock calculation project
- Assist in the elaboration of clear reporting to management.
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English
- Capable to operating MS Office
- Dedicated, Confident and self motivated team player
- Ability to work under high pressure and prioritize workload.
