- Ensure the compliances of Halodoc business
- Provide legal service to business team, including advisory, agreement drafting, agreement legal analysis, and product exploration and risk identification
- Handle project-based work within the scope of the legal department responsibilities on a daily basis
- Advise and guide the business teams on legal issues and develop creatice solutions
- Bachelor of Law degree
- Have an interest or experience in law and technology
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of law, preferably a mix of law firm and in house
- Advance of spoken and written English proficiency
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, flexibility and collaboration must be domostrated
- Strong ability to understand complex issues, sound commercial acumen and help design practical solutions
- Possesses ability to adapt and have strong willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Willing to full work from office
