Our client is a prominent shipyard company in Indonesia with a diverse portfolio and a strong foothold in the shipbuilding and maintenance. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects dotted across the nation, they continue to capture greater market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation
  • Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processes
  • Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritise business strategies
  • Determining key performance indicators and how to measure team performance
  • Create and manage all policies and procedures to guide all departments and employees at work.
  • Framing business problems; finding and analysing relevant data to solve strategic business issues.
  • Control and monitor overall stakeholder performance by working across different departments.
  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Coordinating the development of SOP, manual, training materials, and other documents
  • Be an extension of Owner's hands to tackle the tactile operational and commercial issue
Key Requirements:
  • Preferably have a background in management consulting
  • 5-7 years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment such as strategy consulting, project management, or high-focus on operations set up
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a similar field.
  • Have experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Able to collaborate with different types of stakeholders, communicate clearly, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without needing oversight.
  • Efficient problem solver who gets things done: You can break down a new problem, think through solutions, and execute the problem quickly.
  • Consulting experience with a focus on strategy and operations management.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging.
