Get to know the role

We are looking for a New Business Partnership Manager for Logistic business in Indonesia, . We believe a successful candidate has strong problem solving, analytical skills and multiple stakeholders management, and is ready to get his/hand dirty to lead the team executing projects launching nationwide, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because we need someone to drive the initiative to grow the logistic business in ID. In return, you will get an opportunity to meet people, experiment endlessly, while having fun doing it.

The Day-to-Day Activities

You are responsible for initiating and building the partnership with the potential users, relevant industry partners, suppliers and contractors by co-developing solution with multiple internal stakeholders (Operation, Product, etc)

Continuously identify opportunities to improve Logistics demand

You will drive the commercial mechanic road map for the upcoming new projects

You support special projects and new business operation teams by collecting the input from users as the first contact

Establish, achieve, and report on milestones periodically

The Must-Haves

You have 5+ years of experience in partnership or business development role

Strong structured thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Collaborative, Excellent communication and stakeholder management

You have some working knowledge of B2C and B2B logistic business

Excited to dig deep into on-ground operations to grasp a better understanding of partners and consumers/Partners pain points

Customer focused, team and results-oriented

Highly comfortable and adaptable in a semi-structured and agile environment

Your experience in logistic operation with groceries, FMCG and warehouse commerce would be an advantage
