What you will do: To drive agents penetration in the assigned territory and meet Individual target (number of agents and sales value IDR):
Identify agent property needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Focus on converting prospects into paying agent subscribers
Meet the individual target of new acquisitions
Presentation to agency offices to get new agents corporate / bulk purchase
Develop a prospect list (database)
Continue to seek out new prospects on your own
Create a target list for each day & weekly & monthly
Prioritize the target list
Plan and make notes for each Agent prospect on the target list
Set call schedule for the day
Make sales appointments in line with the daily, weekly and monthly targets
Generate sales opportunities with absolute focus on signing up prospects to become Rumah123.com subscribers
Be proactive in visiting Agent prospects
Fix more face-to-face and online appointments
Convert appointments into sales, by applying consultative sales skills approach
Establish a professional relationship with Agents that have subscribed to Rumah123.com and actively seek referrals from them
Strive to convince and convert competitor users to become Rumah123.com subscribers by understanding the competitors strengths and weaknesses
Requirements:
Proven work experience in a Business Development, Sales, or similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including canvassing, cold calls)
Have previous experience in sales for handling B2C and B2B accounts would be an advantage
Have a good sales track record of achieving sales target
Familiarity with Google Apps (Sheets, Slides, Meet) and MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
