Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote both Microsoft Dynamics, sa.global and partner products and services. These campaigns will be aimed at meeting new revenue and new customer targets.
- Work with the Regional and Global Marketing teams and the Regional APAC Management team to develop and deliver approved marketing plans in line with company objectives.
- Ensure all campaigns are country specific and delivered on time, within budget, in line with corporate brand identity and meet standards of quality.
- Review the campaigns, tracking the performance and ROI.
- Communicate with target audiences to generate new business leads and identify new opportunities within the customer base.
- Create brand awareness of sa.global across APAC.
- Write marketing copy for both online and direct campaigns.
- Organise and attend events including webinars, conferences and exhibitions.
- Work with the Global Marketing team to generate creative content, enhance audience engagement and search engine rankings.
- Develop database and ensure new leads and contacts are captured and maintained in CRM.
- Create, produce and develop marketing collateral.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external (Microsoft).
- Develop client references in the responsible countries.
- Conduct market research using customer questionnaires and or the web.
- Monitor and report the competitor activities in the responsible countries.
- Regular report to the Regional Marketing Manager.
- Assist with any other necessary task as required.
Required:
- Experience across the full integrated marketing remit in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial awareness, the ability to identify marketing opportunities, and think strategically.
- Copywriting and proof-reading skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English as this will be language of communication with other entities.
- Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Self-driven and self-motivated.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- The ability to foster good working relationships.
- A recognised marketing qualification.
- Microsoft office and CRM skills.
- Mandarin speaking and written would be a major advantage but not essential.
- Experience within the software industry.
- Experience with digital marketing.
