Responsibilities:
- Compute ticket costs and issue / reissue tickets.
- Ensure ticketing targets are met each day, completed accurately and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Candidates must possess min. D3 in any major or Vocational High School with Tourism major.
- Having work experience in the Airline or Travel industry as ticketing staff is preferable.
- Fresh graduate(s) are welcome.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Willling to work with shifting and roster arrangement (able to work shifts that include days, night, public holidays).
