- Ensure that all team members understand Scrum/Agile Development values and principles
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily Scrum meetings
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Ensure the progress are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System or other relevant field
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
- Having good personality, leadership, communication, and problem solving skill
- Having great understanding of teams and group dynamics
