- Hold Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Have minimum 5 years work experience in same field including 3 years as Manager.
- Conversational level English (spoken and written).
- Experienced and understand well of the casting process is required.
- Understand the relevant concept in the casting, aluminum materials, and production process.
- Good knowledge about PPIC, ISO 9001, 5S/5R, cost analysis, and management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, plan, and control all the activities in the Alloy casting section.
- Prepare the monthly and annual operational budget, and also support the cost-efficiency.
- Ensure production runs on schedule and target is achieved, both quality and quantity.
- Build a harmonious relationship with employees in its section.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
