Developing and leading Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change (CSCC) Service of ERM in Indonesia, including developing country-specific commercial strategies, sales and marketing targets and plans, service offerings, internal and external communication materials.
Coordinating and growing a team of CSCC consultants in Indonesia including approval of job descriptions, coordinating recruiting, training and performance control with Team Leads; serving as a leader and mentor for the team. Directly line manage senior and principal CSCC consultants / team leads in Indonesia. Provide advice, recommendations and support to the regional leadership team and Country Managing Partner regarding attracting, retaining and hiring people with the right skills to sell the service offering and to achieve the designated investment service growth and profitability targets.
Leading key clients in Indonesia across a broad range of sectors (Oil and Gas, Mining and Metals, Manufacturing, Technology, Power, Finance, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage and Agribusiness, Transport, Waste Management, Government/Public); business development, leading proposal preparation for top clients and priority opportunities.
Develop and lead the execution of robust and relevant service-related Go-to-Market (GtM) campaigns for the country, in cooperation with account teams and other client-facing senior personnel. Collaborate with other Partners in Indonesia and South & Southeast Asia (S&EA) to integrate CSCC services into existing client offerings and business development materials
Acting as a Partner-in-Charge for various advisory projects providing strategic direction, technical guidance to consultancy teams, reviewing and presenting deliverables to clients. Project topics may include but are not limited to:
Climate and Net Zero strategies, roadmaps and action plans
GHG inventories, baseline and greenhouse gas (GHG) mitigation scenarios development, target setting (including in line with Science-Based Targets initiative)
Climate risks and opportunities assessment and disclosure in line with TCFD (at site, company and portfolio level)
Sustainable and carbon neutral supply chains
Low carbon, circular economy and green industry strategies and action plans (at corporate, city, provincial, industrial zone or national levels)
Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) frameworks, strategies, policies and their integration into companies’ strategic and investment decisions, sustainability reporting
ESG ratings and rankings
Scoping studies, market analysis, benchmarking
Stakeholder engagement, capacity building and training
Identify and champion digital solutions
Coordinate and inform marketing and branding events, including conferences and client alerts. Engage in external events to promote ERM brand, thought leadership and services.
