Job Description
The Role
Reporting to the Operation Manager, Customer Service Officer is a professional responsible for handle customer and driver queries: Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and limit the risks of driver/user dissatisfaction, in all channel calls, chat, email, & outbound.
The role will be supported by another Customer Service Team and Operation Manager
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Updated and provide schedule to customers and sales team. Send quotation to customer with approval from sales.
- Regularly contact and meet with carriers in order to get competitive rates for local dealing.
- Manage and provide the rates to sales team. Inquiry rate structure to Product.
- Check and monitor on customers order for freehand shipments. Follow up shipment with operation. Handle customer issues and enquiries.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1+ year's related experience.
- Proficient working knowledge in SAP.
- Experienced in a logistics working environment.
- Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular).
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Experienced in working with team or independently
- Good communication, reading and writing skills in English as you will be working with the global team
