Job Description

Liaising with various project and senior managers as required in relation to Human Resources topics and training programs
  • Assisting Managers as required in day to day and future planning in HR systems across the companies' regional offices
  • Managing related policies, procedures, conflicts, and governance related to human resources.
  • Schedule and recommend Indonesian staff, annual KPI reviews systems and salary adjustments in line with manpower regulation and companies KPIs
  • Manage any immigration procedures, requirements related to Foreign Senior Management working in Indonesia
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
  • Partner with Management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Manage and continue to develop a systematic collection of human capital and diversity metrics throughout the Group in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative Standards, with an eye to driving improvement and an ability to benchmark the Group's progress with peers.
Senior-level position and part of the senior management team |Work closely with the C-level of the company
  • Having minimum 10 years-experience handling HR Departments both on the operational and strategic areas.
  • Strong business partnering experience at the highest levels of an organization
  • Must have experience in mining, EPC, energy, oil & gas, or similar industries for medium-large size businesses. Proven experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Must have minimum a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management and Administration or equivalent .
  • Skillset to deliver effective organizational analysis, manpower planning and company growth in respect to human resources.
  • Well-rounded knowledge and familiarity with past and existing manpower / labor regulations and HR best practices
