OVERVIEW OF DUTIES
Performs, manages and supervises maintenance operation of exterior and interior facilities including electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heater, cooling, structural, ground care, parking areas, energy saving, and other necessary maintenance work to maintain the property in an optimum and efficient condition without omitting the safety and comport of the guest and employees.
Assistant Chief Engineering is responsible for assisting Chief Engineer in the overall day to day operations of the hotel whilst on duty. At all times the Engineering Leader is expected to lead, by example their and performance must be without fault. Their guest service standards must be the benchmark that sets the levels to be attained by all staff.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Have a good leadership, planning, organizing skills.
- Attention to detail and result oriented.
