1. Developing and implementing strategy for managing, controlling document and information related to land acquisition kept up to date and confidential, so the potential of leak information can be anticipated and available when needed
2. Ensuring the rescue activities and the company’s land that have been acquired are suitable with applicable standards and regulation to support company’s operation

6. Assist the process of preparing land use budget, then monitoring the expenditure in accordance with the budget plan
7. Planning and implementing the procedure of preparing activities and land security, also ensuring there is no security disturbance, until the land is ready to used when needed for operational activities
8. Planing and implementing the procedure of temporary land use activities in order to added value to company
9. Identifying threats and opportunities from BUMN/D regulation/program related to land for company’s concerns
10. Arranging Standard Operational Procedure for database system and activities related to land security and land use, in order to ensuring an effective and efficient work system in the Land Management Department
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law, Geodetic Engineering, Forestry or Agriculture
- Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)
- Minimum 2 years experience of working as Land Secure and Land Use Section Head or 3 years experience of working as GIS (Geography Information System) Engineer
- Advance competencies in Land Acquisition Management, Database Management, GIS (Geography Information System) of Agrarian Law
- Good Communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
- Willing to be placed in Balangan, South Kalimantan
