- Designing and analyzing the needs for training and development programs in liaison with the managers and department head
- Creating and building the training needs analysis (TNA), core competencies, and curriculum used in the overall training program of the company
- Handling end-to-end training programs
- Finding and acquiring third party vendors for certification training needs
- Supporting new projects by creating the training plans
- Ensure the compliance of Indonesian law by all parties of the company
- Work together with global teams to implement standardise training needs across region
To be considered as a successful candidate, you will need to possess:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- English language ability both verbal and written
- At least 5 years of experience in handling training for manufacturing industry, for both white & blue collar workers
- Understanding of training needs analysis, training programs, assessment tools, and relevant information regarding training within a manufacturing company
- Well-organized, good time management skills, and good communication skills
