Under broad direction, manages a repair and maintenance facility by organizing and coordinating activities involved in maintaining and repairing down-hole, electronic, and surface equipment for one or more product lines. Ensures that the Product Service Lines (PSL's) equipment is maintained according to global maintenance standards. Advises employees on proper operation and maintenance of equipment. Oversee training and development of technicians and supervisors. Ensures compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines and that safety procedures are followed during repair process. Orders and maintains an adequate inventory of parts and supplies to ensure timely maintenance. Promotes continuous improvement of shop processes. Responsible for financial performance of the repair and maintenance facility. May manage subordinate repair and maintenance supervisors responsible for individual product line repair shops. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years experience - including technician and management experience.
