About the Company:
Our client is a fast-growing Agritech company to improve the quality of farmers in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and grow new clients within the Modern Trade channel and convert them into customers by analyzing their needs
  • Maintain full ownership and daily end-to-end responsibility for nurturing existing customer relationships
  • Achieve targets for sales growth and revenue
  • Develop strategies for profit targets and sales plan
  • Continuously monitor and analyze current trends and competitors in the market
  • Create a report to keep track of sales progress
Key Requirement:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales to modern trade, especially supermarket, OR 3 years of fresh category management experience in supermarkets
  • Preferably someone with a solid network within fresh buyers
  • The individual that is resourceful, highly driven and goal-oriented
  • Able to deliver under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
