- Prior experience in managing Fresh Product will be preferred
Our client is a fast-growing Agritech company to improve the quality of farmers in Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and grow new clients within the Modern Trade channel and convert them into customers by analyzing their needs
- Maintain full ownership and daily end-to-end responsibility for nurturing existing customer relationships
- Achieve targets for sales growth and revenue
- Develop strategies for profit targets and sales plan
- Continuously monitor and analyze current trends and competitors in the market
- Create a report to keep track of sales progress
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales to modern trade, especially supermarket, OR 3 years of fresh category management experience in supermarkets
- Preferably someone with a solid network within fresh buyers
- The individual that is resourceful, highly driven and goal-oriented
- Able to deliver under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
