Job Responsibilities:
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Create, coordinate, and manage marketing/communication campaigns for exhibitions and promotional events, as well as for in-game, social media, TV, etc.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Launch and oversee surveys to gauge customer commitment and expectations.
- Create content for a range of marketing distributions (banners, press releases, website material etc.)
- Maintain connections with partners (such as electronic payment systems and telecommunications companies), suppliers, and publishers to ensure cooperation in promotional efforts.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Work along with managers to create budgets and keep track of spending.
- Synchronize efforts with other divisions and roles involved in marketing initiatives and activities.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with ATL BTL - Through The Line marketing activities, creating marketing strategies, developing marketing campaigns, budget management
- Possess solid interpersonal communication, writing, and organizational skills ( English and Bahasa)
- Must be detail-oriented and have a strong willingness to learn
- Must possess the ability to plan, organize, and handle multiple functions simultaneously and communicate clearly and professionally
- Passionate in game industry and game product
- Thrive in constant change and comfortable in a start-up environment
