A well known local Insurance company is recruiting for a Chief Technology Officer - Insurance/Fintech job to work from their head office in Jakarta. This business has just received a large private equity investment and is looking to transform itself into a clear market leader.
About the Chief Technology Officer - Insurance/Fintech Role:
Based in Jakarta and reporting into the CEO, the objective is to build a successful IT team that will look after the company insurance platform, e-commerce website, and mobile app, as well as company infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for development activities
- Look after the local infrastructure and select local IT providers
- Monitor the good health of the IT platforms, implement monitoring mechanisms and alerts
- Take charge of IT security, including PCI compliance and arrange penetration tests on a regular basis
- Develop a business continuity and disaster recovery plan
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an IT leader in the insurance or fintech industry
- Pragmatic and self driven
- Strong communications skills including fluency in English
