- Manage resident complaints and social issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, community organizations, and government agencies to enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Conduct regular relationship building activities to maintain good communications and relations with the community.
- Established good relationship with local authorities, law enforcements, government officials, etc.
- Ensure that the property is well-maintained, clean, and safe for all residents.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas in need of repair or maintenance.
- Manage vendors and contractors to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the property is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain a budget for the property, and monitor expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of the property for management.
- The position will be based in Karawang Regency
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in estate/property management, preferably in subsidized housing/residential developments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
