- Handling end-to-end Industrial Relations matter
- Managing and handling CLA negotiations
- Managing labor related event, including but not limited to bipartite meeting, employee appreciation events
- Liaising between organization and labor union
- Managing and being the spokesperson for PHI, bipartite, tripartite, and other dispute resolutions
To be considered as a successful candidate, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Over 10 years of experiences in handling industrial relations for a manufacturing company
- English language skills is a must, both verbally and written
- Proven track record of handling dispute using tripartite, bipartite, and other methods
- Experienced in handling labor union and CLA negotiations
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws
- Good communication and negotiation skills
