Job Description:
  • Coordinate the implementation of production operations and preparation of raw material and fat blend requirements in accordance with the work plan that has been determined.
  • Coordinate and ensure the process and quality of production results in accordance with predetermined specifications.
  • Ensure the coding on all products has been done correctly and correctly to specification
  • Ensure that the existing CCP is properly monitored and corrective actions taken when any deviation is implemented correctly in accordance with the requirements in ISO documents, HACCP Plan, ISCC System
  • Create daily & monthly production report.
  • Coordinate the implementation of Production Trial and Commissioning.
  • Coordinate the implementation of re-process / remelt according to QC recommendations.
  • Make man power planning according to MPS.
  • Coordinate the implementation of preventive maintenance schedule to keep the production equipment can be used properly.
  • Checking the implementation of PRP, Deep Cleaning.
  • Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.
  • Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.
  • Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2015, Food Safety Management System FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000: 2018, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
  • Accompany the ISO Auditor and other Certificates in document audits, as well as audits at the Marsho plant.
  • Responsible for employee development in Margarine & Fats.
  • Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of Production conflation into SAP.
  • Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all work equipment. (equipment) and hygiene at the Marsho Plant site and the implementation of PRP.
  • Maintain and maintain the safety (safety) and cleanliness of the environment (environment) in the area of ​​work, and tidiness documents that are the responsibility.
  • Responsible for QUALITY Ingredients, Finished Product to Warehouse and Loading to Truck / Container.
Job Requirements :
  • Minimal Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Having Minimal 1 years of working experience in Management System in Palm Oil Refinery
  • Having good knowledge in the implementation of management systems including HAS, ISO, FSMS, QMS, ISCC, GMP EFFCI in all parts in an integrated manner in order to achieve the Quality Policy set by top management
  • Willing to be located in Surabaya - Refinery
