Overview & Introduction to the Role
Reporting to a senior member of Energy team assigned by Head of Specialty Department, PT Aon Indonesia are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and talented Account Manager to join our Specialty Practice Energy Team in Indonesia.
Objectives of the Role:
The role is to support the Energy team in providing outstanding services and support to existing and new clients aligned with Aon local and global service standards. The role includes working closely with all allocated clients handling renewals, endorsements, mid-term reviews, risk reviews, helping to co-ordinate Risk Engineering surveys, managing insurance tenders, and all other aspects of key account management in full compliance with relevant regulations, whilst working closely with local Insurance company partners and collaborating with Aon Specialty Practices around the world.

Key Responsibilities: * Support and administration documents for team leader such as Quotation Slips, Policy Wordings, Closing Advice, etc.
- Prepare pre-invoice including providing details attachments which required to meet and complied with the Aon standards procedure and sending the respective Invoice to client
- Check policy wordings upon receive from Insurance Company
- Support preparing tender response documents
- Manage your personal Opportunity and Lead Lists on Aon Connect Relationship Management Systems to penetrate and develop new business opportunities that adhere to Aon local and global standards
- Providing regular feedback and reporting to the Unit Head to ensure alignment to expectations and budgets and also to ensure that ongoing support is provided by Aon in all key areas to support your success
- Work closely with Business Development Team in Indonesia, Asia Regional and London Broking Hubs; and other business units to identify and develop business opportunities that generate long term client relationships and profitable revenue growth from the full range of new and existing products & services
- Ensuring all aspects of Aon Indonesia’s operations under your area of responsibility and accountability, meet compliance standards determined by the OJK, Aon Operations Procedure Manuals, Company Policy and Protocols, local regulations, and always applying Aon values
- Experience in working for an Insurance Broker or Insurance Company dealing directly with clients and/or brokers providing general insurance services
- Experience in Energy (Oil & Gas), Geothermal and construction sectors preferred
- Experienced and abilities to design, prepare and deliver PPT presentations
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and Inhouse Insurance and Broking Systems
- Experience with Prospect and Client Relationship Management tools such as CRM software (i.e., Salesforce)
- Progress towards Insurance qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Geography, Engineering, or related discipline
