Key Responsibilities of Process Engineering Manager
- Evaluating process and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulation
- Ensuring processes comply with quality standard
- Designing and planning for new processes including process layout
- Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production
- Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing process
- Fully resolve complex issues by applying engineering skills and experience
- Developing standardized operating procedures for the upgrades and new process
- Develop and maintain process training to ensure that users clearly understand for running new or improved process
- Optimize production processes to deliver cost savings and improve quality
- Estimating production and investment cost
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum Experience 7 years in Process Engineer and/or Project Engineer and Minimum 2 years Experience in Supervisory Role at Chemical Industry
- Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Having Knowledge of Process Safety Engineering
- Having Ability to Manage Project
- Experience Working with AutoCAD
- Experience with Process Simulations and Standard Operating Procedures
