This position is responsible to deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations, fully aligned with the Company’s Needs, Objectives and Policies for Lesaffre entities in Indonesia, also require tax advice & recommendations to reduce the business risk and where appropriate to maximize tax benefit & reporting to Country Finance Controller
Job Description
- Ensure tax compliance with tax regulations for all taxes (VAT, WHT, CIT, etc)
- Identify & mitigate tax risk
- Manage tax provisions & tax compliance process
- Ensure preparation of tax holiday implementation
- Manage & coordinate tax audits
- Handle transfer pricing & understand international tax
- Work with tax advisors in providing practical solutions
- Key contact person to tax officer
- Support advisory to other department related to taxation and advise any new regulation that impacting company business to relevant parties in the company
- Ensuring timely & correctness of tax invoices submission to customers
- Maintain tax reconciliation and tax equalization with general ledger
- Prepare tax return, timely submission and handle all information data requests
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Fiscal
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in the same role
- Experience in tax audit
- Accreditation in tax brevet A, B, C
- High level of motivation, open-minded, flexible, pragmatic, creative, autonomous, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in both written & verbal in English communication & local language is required.
- Special Technical Expertise: Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project Management, Indonesian Regulation
- Preferable Certified on Tax
- Preferable experience in SAP
- Willing to be based on Malang, East Java
- Tenacity and resistance to stress
