We are now seeking a position as a Production Manager who will handle the following key responsibilities:
- Daily Control and monitor performance in Injection, Decoration and Assembly processes, including the backlog.
- Control and monitor Headcount and overtime usage in respective area to be effective and efficient.
- Ensuring & monitoring set-up activities, products standard, quality control program to ensure products are produced on time, correct quantity and good quality in Injection molding for plastic packaging production lines.
- Responsible to scrap reduction program, REE improvement, energy and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interact proactively with other department related to meet lead time requirements to meet the delivery commitments and inventory levels
- Reviewing the performance and provide feedback to the subordinates.
- Prepare, analyze, and present the report and provide the solution and continuous improvement ideas.
- Proactively working with related departments to implement and achieve the Production Dept goals.
- At least bachelor degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical are preffered.
- More than 10 years experience in middle management position of plastic packaging manufacture are mandatory.
- Mastering process of injection molding and/or tube packaging will be require.
- Proven contributions in organizing and monitoring the injection packaging production processes.
- Willing be based at East Java
