Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
  • Eager to learn and adapt with a variety of the IT concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Decisive and have ability to develop a plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Coordinate all project members and project collaborators for the flawless execution of projects
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Conduct proper communication to both client and internal project team regarding the project plan.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • At least bachelor’s degree in IT related fields or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years working experience, especially handling for banking project
  • Exposure to product development is a plus
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skill
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English communication is a must)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with project management tools.
  • PMP / PRINCE II Certification is a plus
Associate / Supervisor IT and Software Information Technology / IT 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
