The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for growing Food Business in East and Central Java market by expanding existing accounts and optimizing opportunities with Ingredion solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
Sales
- Responsible for top/bottom line growth by expanding market leadership
- Develop account portfolio through winning new opportunities
- Build strong knowledge of the food ingredients market landscape in Indonesia
- Develop latest product knowledge and customer solution
- Analyze and utilize information to determine business growth potential
- Responsible for accounts receivables, monitoring A/R aging and coordination with accounts receivable controller
- Establish and maintain relationship with current and potential new customers
- Handle customer inquiries in product development and complaints.
- Work closely with technical service/business development to serve market needs in innovations and pipeline management.
- Work with supply chain to manage supply ability for account portfolio and control of inventory level through prudent forecasting and demand planning processes
- Work with customer service for order and delivery management.
Mandatory requirements:
- Degree in Food Technology or other Engineering/Science related degree.
- Minimum 3 years (min 5 years in sales for senior level) relevant sales experience in B2B food ingredients market.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft Office) and presentation skills
- Demonstrate maturity in handling existing and developing new customers.
- Able to work in multi-cultural environment.
