YOUR ROLE
To ensure excellence in delivery for all operational tasks associated with oil & gas in the relevant country in order to ensure high customer satisfaction, high productivity and maximum profitability. To focus on maintaining and increasing relationship with current key customer accounts.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To undertake full operational responsibilities for all products under responsibility.
- To ensure strong process management is in place and implement, benchmark, improve and control operational performance against agreed guidelines / Key Performance Indicators
- To liaise/coordinate with internal departments and Kuehne + Nagel's global network to deliver total business solutions and support business strategies
- To oversee all Claim handling within Operations
- To liaise with relevant team members in relation to the initial implementation of new accounts
- To actively resolve client complaints and put corrective actions in place to prevent a reoccurrence
- To ensure that all financial operational requirements are met at all times (including but not limited to file administration, accurate pricing, credit control, deferrals, accruals).
- To support sales and marketing activities as required.
- To oversee all sub-contractor management and ensure compliance with all SOPs and regulatory requirements.
