- Direct end-to-end HR programs to ensure that the organizations' HR practices are met and that employees are recruited, managed, trained, and rewarded in accordance to the business' strategy
- Develop recruitment strategies to identify and attract talents
- Work alongside department heads to develop proper HR strategies that are consistent with business needs
- Conduct evaluation of annual manpower planning and provide recommendations on profiling
- Develop appropriate incentive plans as an attempt to retain and attract talents
- Take on other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in related fields bringing over 5-8 years of relevant experience working with global companies preferably in medical devices/pharmaceutical industry
- Good understanding of Indonesia labor and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to advise global leaders on Indonesia market outlook
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor having used to engage with global stakeholders within a lean organizational structure
- Preferably had the experience in handling industrial relation matters within a manufacturing setting
- Fluent in English
