We are looking for a Head of Community Development that will be responsible for:
- Planning strategies to build and maintain engagement the fisherman community
- Monitor and optimize channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and review on data to drive conversion improvements across all aspects from fisherman activity
- Generating strategy and development plan for merchant acquisition and partnership strategy
- Formulate the development of program plans at the Foundation
- Monitor and evaluate all programs in Community Development and Foundations
- Analyzing and optimizing the performance of the Community Development team and the Foundation
- Create or enhance SOPs and build coordination with the Community Development team and the Foundation
- Building cooperation with external parties related to improving the quality of fishermen
- Create a program to increase the productivity of fishermen
- Min. 7 years experience as a community strategist/community management and engagement, or similar roles (Fisheries, Partnership, Community Engagement)
- Strong leadership skill and project management
- Data driven mindset with strong commitment to identify potential risk
- Strong planning, problem solving and creative thinking skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
