- Develop strong customer relationships & strategic partnerships on channel partners such as distributors.
- Strategically promote the company's complete solution portfolio into the selected market segments.
- Implement client strategies for both new and existing targeted channels.
- Responsible in business development expansion, as well as introducing products or services to current and potential clients.
- Understand the key decision makers and customer's buying preferences to develop winning pursuit strategies.
This role is based in Jakarta, and we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner. Other key requirements include:
- A minimum 7 years of working experience in electrical industry.
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in the retail/B2C channel.
- Being able to foster long term relationships with clients.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a population.
