We are looking for an E-Commerce operations manager that is interested to join a fun and dynamic team. If you are passionate about fashion and e-commerce, then you will be perfect for our team.
Desired Skills:
a. Customer Service : Manage customer support and have attention to detail. Can track, report and communicate to Tinkerlust customers. Respond to customer questions and do everything possible to provide an amazing customer experience.
b. Operations : Coordinate and monitor the merchandise flow and production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvemnets. Ensure quality of products.
c. Best Practices : Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organization policies and procedures to maximize output. Ensure team communicatioon
