- Min Diploma or S1, preferably majoring in Accounting/Finance
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (basic)
- At least 1 years working experience as Admin
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite (G-Sheet GDocs)
- Excellent attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Review and process reimbursements
- Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets
- Create financial and inventory reports
- Prepare and file company tax document
